MEET NICOLETTE,
FOUNDER OF
THE CURIOUS REBEL
I work at the layer most coaches don't go near — the nervous system, breath physiology, and the base underneath strategy and mindset. After seven years building a methodology around what scaling-stage women actually need (versus what the wellness industry has been selling them), I speak in rooms where the conversation deserves to go deeper than calm-girl aesthetics and one more morning routine.
I work with brands, coaching programmes, retreats, and women-in-business spaces ready for a more honest conversation about capacity. No diffusers required.

What Your Strategy and Mindset Work Has Been Missing

SPEAKER BIO
Nicolette van Bree is the founder of The Curious Rebel — a breath and nervous system practice for scaling-stage female founders. Her work sits at the intersection of physiology, breath science, and the nervous system layer underneath strategy and mindset.
After seven years following a thread through breathwork, movement, stress resilience and applied physiology — and twenty-two years of lived experience navigating neurodivergence in her family — she developed The Capacity Model: a methodology for expanding the nervous system base underneath the businesses, lives and loads women are scaling.
She speaks in founder rooms, coaching containers, retreats and women-in-business spaces where depth matters more than aesthetic — and is known for leaving audiences quieter, clearer, and more authoritative in their own bodies than the moment they walked in.
No motivational fluff. No protocols to perform. The real layer underneath everything else they've tried.
